The Episcopal Highsteppers dance team took home numerous awards at the Universal Dance Association camp held at Tulane University June 11-14. The dancers won third place for their Home Routine performance. The Highsteppers earned three "spirit sticks" as well as the Superior Trophy for the routines they learned at camp.

The Highsteppers also won the Drill Down Trophy for having earned the most Drill Down ribbons as a team. Chelsea Gidden won the "Drill Down Queen" award for coming in first place at the Drill Down competition, Caroline Rieger placed second and Laura Sledge placed third.

Lizzie Stewart, Jill Whitley and Chelsea Gidden were all selected for All Stars, which qualifies them to attend the Varsity Spirit parade in London over New Year’s.
