For the second year in a row, Episcopal won the Southern Quality Ford Cup for Class 2A, which recognizes the school with the most outstanding overall athletic program. All of Episcopal's girls and boys varsity sports teams advanced to the state playoffs during the 2003-2004 school year. Six teams earned state championships: baseball, boys cross country, swimming, golf, and indoor and outdoor track. Episcopal earned 756 points in the Southern Quality Ford Cup standings, more points than any other school in any class.
